Haruka Tomatsu is a powerhouse in the voice acting and music industry, widely regarded as one of the most successful seiyuus of her generation. She debuted in 2007 and quickly rose to fame, winning the Best New Actress Award at the 3rd Seiyu Awards and later the Best Supporting Actress Award at the 7th Seiyu Awards.

She is a founding member of the legendary voice actress idol group Sphere, alongside Minako Kotobuki, Ayahi Takagaki, and Aki Toyosaki. Tomatsu is best known globally for voicing iconic heroines, most notably Asuna Yuuki in the massive Sword Art Online franchise and Zero Two in Darling in the Franxx.
